@Bl0ck same for this one, the chin.
You may want to check the rest of the pack yourself, but another tip for doing these cuts would be to rotate the source before cutting such that the cut may look better. You may private message me or the staff members around here for guidelines
In some photos I had to leave so much space, if I cropped it the photo would be less than 250x250, the source is not too high resolution.
I know my images are not perfect, I didn't spend too much time on it. But I think my images are better than old images that are 5-6 years old. And some players do not have a photo at all, so maybe it's better to let there be at least those? Moreover, I have seen a lot of low-quality photos in the megapack, so I did not think that you have too high requirements for them.
In general, I would like to have an online tool for creating a cut-out photo, so that you can upload the original photo, and the algorithm would cut out the background and determine where the face is in the photo and cut it out, it seems to me now it's realistic to implement it.
As for my photos, I can give you the sources that I took on the official site of the football club, and you can make them as you want.

@Bl0ck I cannot control what the other cutters produced (I tried to offer advice and critics but got battered multiple times lmao), though I hope the new cutters can try to stick to the standards as close as possible, considering the sources you cut from is not that bad based on my observation. (Although sometimes it was not the cutting technique, but the source is just too bad but still the cutter decided to use it, then………..)
Of course the current ones would still be better than nothing and quite a lot of blurry cutouts I see in the obscure leagues. Though you may send me the sources in private messages and I will see if I would want to do any fix.
After you used remove.bg the cuts you produced in this pack already improved a lot. Should you work on other requirements you could be a good facecut producer.
As for the algorithm thing you mentioned. I would pray day and night for it so that the site can deal with the 150 pages(each page has 50 pics) worth of source. Unfortunately I am nowhere near blessed in terms of IT and programming.

Adding to what @Ttggfr said, it's important that when cuts are done, they are done as well as they can be. If a source image isn't big enough, then we also accept 180x180 cuts, it's not a problem.
We aim to have a standard megapack look, which is a profile picture looking at the camera cropped close to the bottom of the chin and/or facial hair, with the face taking up as much of the canvas as possible. The sources you appear to have cut these from don't seem to be so bad, so there's little sense to leave a gap beneath the chin. It is up to you, the cutter, to provide the best possible cut from the sources available. Often, like in this image, it's just a case of cropping the image closer to the chin.
It's not that these are bad cuts, far from it and they're much better than what you produced earlier this morning. But we aim to have good quality cuts as much as possible within the framework of the guidelines provided, and these differ slightly from them. After all, if you uploaded them here, it's hopefully because you appreciate the work that's gone into the megapack, so I hope that for any future cuts you do you keep this feedback in mind.
If need be, refer to the guidelines in this thread and watch the short video tutorials in there which will hopefully also help you understand 👍
P.S. You haven't actually uploaded this pack yet, it's still appearing as draft 😉
