@Nuev'⁶₆⁷, when a person has a recent megapack cut in 250x250, it makes no sense to replace it with a 180x180 cut. You also need to crop cuts much closer to the chin, nudging the collar upwards if necessary and leaving no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin.
Before doing any more cuts, please make sure to read this thread and the guidelines in it. If you have any questions, best ask before uploading cuts, because they might be rejected if they don't follow our guidelines, which would have been a waste of your time.
