@kagawa23, whenever possible, we aim to have 250x250 cuts. If the megapack cut is in 250x, the only way it'll be replaced by a 180x cut is if the former is not of the best quality, which isn't the case here. If a source isn't good enough to provide a 250x cut, and the current megapack cut is in 250x already, then there's little value-added in cutting it.
Have a look at this thread for some guidelines on what we look for in our cuts, as well as video tutorials on how some of the techniques can be achieved
One important thing to keep in mind that all cuts must have a collar. I'll fix it myself this time but please remember to make sure any cuts you upload in the future have a collar 🙂
At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, like probably this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. This video displays a simple technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar:
Hi @mons, thanks for the feedback. My bad for not going through the guidelines before uploading. Just been doing some faces (for the first time) for my share and thought I'd share them here. Peeked into the sortitoutsi megapack folder and the first picture I saw was sized 180x180, didn't notice that it should've been 250x250. Will see if I have the time (and necessary skills to meet the guidelines) and re-do them. Cheers!
