When uploading a pack, the filename should be the person's UID, otherwise there is absolutely no way they can be linked to the respective person in the megapack.
Besides, there is snow and jagged edges in the cuts.

Apart from snow in the edges of the cut as displayed in this video, some cuts include loose pixels detached from the head, especially around the chin and ears. Special care should be taken to remove these pixels if they are not part of the cut as they are very evident in-game on a dark skin.
