I've done in 180x180 px too if the picture quality is better, but i didn't upload it if 250x250 px its ok
Generally you can make a 250x250 cut when the size of the face in the source image is above ~220 pixels, anything below that should be in 180x180 as otherwise it will become too blurry
I don't know if you used this source but the face is only 150 pixels big here, so it should definitely be in 180x180 👍

Please make sure to read the guidelines to uploading images @amuntche14. Cuts should be cropped closer to the top of the head and should include a collar. I'll cut this one myself properly.
