@kangur94, it's getting somewhat tiring having to repeat myself. Crop images closer to the head, and aim to leave 2-3 pixels of empty space above the head and the same amount beneath the chin, nudging the collar upwards if necessary. We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
