There are a couple of smaller other things in this instance. The aim of the cut-out is to ensure that the focus is the face, which is why we recommend only 2-3 pixels space between the bottom of the chin (or facial hair) and the bottom of the cut. Also, in sources like this where the person is slanted to one side, it is recommended that the source is rotated so that he is upright. In this case, I imagine 2-3% clockwise would be enough
