It's getting tiresome repeating the same thing to you over and over again. Just because an image is more recent doesn't automatically mean it's an improvement. No matter how recent, an image in which the person is not looking at the camera is unlikely to be considered an improvement if the current cut is similar and of a good quality, which is clearly the case here. I found this one, but there's little point in cutting it because it's almost identical to the current cut and not looking at the camera.
