Not bad @Bob de Bobber, but for future cuts please try to have the face as upright as possible rather than tilted to one side like it is here.
For sources like this when the source image is tilted to one side, the final cut would look much better if you rotated the original source before cropping it so that the final cut is upright. Here's a video of what I mean:
