Not bad @Mthcarmo, but remember to crop closer to the chin (leaving no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it) and to rotate the source before cropping it so that the final cut is upright rather than tilted to one side:

Good work @Khomitskyi, but when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just 6 when done individually.
