Not bad, but there are some things which could be improved:
a) keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut.
b) It looks like you didn't manage to maintain the source image's aspect ratio which means the image was a bit squashed. When going to the image size menu, you have to be sure that the circled bit in the screenshot below is selected:
c) We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
I've cut it so you can see what I mean. Keep at it, a decent start 🙂
