Good work @Aled James, nice to see a new cutter willing to take the bull by the horns 🙂

Broadly speaking, it's a very solid start but there are a few things to keep in mind for future cuts. They're refinements rather than overhauls but they ensure that cuts are of an even better quality and in keeping with the rest of the style of the megapack. These aren't really down to personal preference so should be done for each cut.

a) Every cut must include a collar, while the image is to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it. Since in some sources, like the one from which this image and a fair few others from this pack were cut, the person in the image has a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:

b) For sources like this which are tilted to one side, it is recommended that you rotate your source before cropping it. It'll look much better in-game if it is fully upright. This is how to address this it:

c) Snow is to be avoided as it's quite evident in-game on a dark skin. 

Here's a small video on how you can quickly and easily spot and remove it. remove.bg is a fantastic tool, but in sources on a white background like these ones, it sometimes retains a very faint layer of snow. Once you have rotated, cropped and downscaled the initial image produced, putting the pre-final image through remove.bg again can sometimes accomplish the below in an even quicker and easier manner 😉

I'll fix these ones in line with the above, but do keep them in mind for the future. It's a few extra seconds per cut, but it'll make the cuts that little bit better 😉
