Good cut @KUDIKEYZ, but for future cuts please remember that all cuts must include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

The below is a small video showing an easy method to nudge collars upwards so that this can be rectified:
