@Daz10Nolan, I remind you, again, that cut-outs are to contain only 2-3 pixels above the head and beneath the chin, and that every cut has to have a collar. The source is straight-forward enough to allow this to be done without difficulty, so I'm rejecting both this (and the Unai Sanz cut) so that it can be re-cut with the above in mind 👍

I appreciate the enthusiasm but we aim to have the best possible cuts from the sources available, keeping in mind the guidelines for cutters. If the cutter isn't in a position to do so, it might be better to wait for a better situation so that the best possible cut is provided. After all, it makes little sense to provide a sub-standard cut when a better one, and one more in sync with the megapack ‘look’ can be produced with very little extra effort.
If you don't have Photoshop, you can use photopea.com (together with remove.bg) to achieve basically the same outcome 😉
