Not bad @Eze_Tev, but please take a look at the guidelines to cutting out before uploading any more images.
Images are to be either 180x180 or 250x250 in size (depending on the size and quality of the original source) and there should be no more than 2-3 pixels of empty space above the head and cropped the same distance beneath the chin.
When cutting an image, it is also worth assessing whether it is large enough to provide a better image than the current cut-out. Remember, newer is not automatically better 😉
