@23GERE10 I'm afraid that it looks like the sources these cuts came from weren't the largest, which means that they needed to be upscaled to be 250x250 in size, which means that they lost a bit of sharpness, which means that they won't be considered as improvements…
There's very little wrong with the cutting technique itself, but keep in mind that we don't just add cuts produced from the most recent sources since we also take image quality into consideration. A cut can only be as good as the source it comes from, so a poor/small source is extremely unlikely to produce an excellent cut.
