@EfekanP, you're doing some good work but it can be even better 🙂
Try and leave a much smaller empty space above the head when cropping; 2-3 pixels is enough. 250 pixels of height isn't a lot, and wasting 10 of it on empty space serves little function.
Some sources are ‘washed out’, and adding auto-contrast can make sure they look a bit more vibrant.
