@Cizzu for future reference for images like these with background snow, you can remove most of it (in Ps) by selecting the image mask/cutout, then Select -> Modify -> Expand -> Expand by 1 pixel, then either create an image mask from that or invert the selection and delete to mask out the noise.
I spend a lot of time with the eraser tool, with worse results
For me this is acceptable, hard to do better without ruining the image..
