Since in some sources, like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. We've been aiming to have collars in all cuts for years now. There may be the odd cut without a collar which gets through but, make no mistake, it's the exception rather than the rule.
