I've re-opened this now
Reverse Google Image search (a good tool to have btw) seems to indicate that the guy in question is Per Lockl (UID 91179579), rather than the originally requested David Hummel (92085636) - which UID actually pertains to Hans Serpei and which would be an improvement instead of a missing request.
In short, @Wududaddy, please make sure that future requests are (a) in the right category and (b) of the right person
