Same as the Ruben Dias cut @callumd14, but this time it's the space above the head. Again, 2-3 pixels is sufficient 
Also, in sources like this one where the person is slanting to one side, the cut-out looks much better in-game if you rotate the source before cropping so that he's upright
2-3 degrees clockwise in this instance would probably do the trick.
