On the off chance you don't ignore this too @1Beril, please remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:

@BeyazRuh59, before cutting sources, again I urge you to check the current megapack cut to see if there is any point in making a new cut for the person. This person had an excellent cut produced a couple of months ago - there is nothing to be gained by replacing it with the cut-out you have uploaded, which is not quite as sharp and not quite as good. Instead of just cutting loads of images, it's better that you focus on those which are really necessary, i.e. those which are missing or those whose current cuts are old, lacking in quality or who look significantly different than the present person's look. We're looking for images which are improvements and not just images which are taken more recently, because they doesn't necessarily mean they are of the necessary quality.
I check every improvement image uploaded, and those which aren't good enough just aren't added to the megapack. It's not just the images I rejected on the forum but there are many, many others for which this is the case. Of the packs you've uploaded so far, a significant chunk are simply not improvements in the way we look at them. I hate to see cutters wasting their time on images like this, quite apart from the extra work you're causing me to check all these cuts.
@justt, the above applies just as well to the barrage of cuts you're uploading, many of which simply aren't improvements.
