@Quintessa, keep an eye out for snow, most of these include a bit in the hair and beard. Also, not sure if you're adding any effects to the sources but most of these also look a bit waxen as if they're being overly sharpened.

yeah can say that the source are not the best one, i try to sharpen it using topaz

Avoid using image sharpening or enlarging tools because they don't do a good job. Generally speaking, they just “guess” what certain pixels should look like when you make the image larger, and the result looks blurry/out of focus on certain details, with unrealistically smoothened skin, and unnatural looking hair/beard/eye/teeth details. If the original source needs retouching that much, it'll most likely not be a good enough image to be worth cutting, frankly.
