Not bad @George98 , but please crop closer to the head, nudging the collar slightly upwards in source like this, using the technique shown in the below video:
@George98, decent work but when you have a lot of images to upload, it's preferable for both of us if you do so as a pack instead of individually.
Also, all cuts must have a collar, so do take the time to check the guidelines for a technique on how to nudge it upwards in sources like this where it's perhaps lower down.
I'll fix these, but please make sure to keep it in mind for the future 👍
