@Simon Lukas As some advice, sources where the person is looking straight ahead at the camera (like below) are preferred for the megapack rather than ones at a side angle like you've posted. If in doubt, then you can post other sources in the comments.
Additionally, Cruzeiro has a flickr page where they post images from training sessions and player announcements, so might have some useful sources if you're requesting one of their players in the future

It was the best I could find in quick search.
I know it`s not good, when the pic is not in portrait style meaning player not facing the camera etc.
Thanks for the usefull tipps/advice mate!
