That's funny, I have been using the cut-out pack for years, but there are a lot with out shirt and only neck.

That may be true, but in general the megapack standard is to have a collar, in order to avoid the chicken-neck effect.
If someone produces a missing cut, I'm not going to reject it just because it doesn't have a collar
I try to add collars when possible, but there's only so much I can do, so if possible, it would be much appreciated if cutters tried to include a bit of collar in the cut wherever possible

Great cut otherwise @FrancoD , but we look for our cuts to be cropped within no more than 2-3 pixels of the chin.
Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Can you upload the original source without the background removed so that we can give it another go?
