@iLLs`, please keep in mind that all cuts must include a collar and every cut must be cropped to within 2-3 pixels of the chin. This is as necessary in a cut-out as it is to be in the right dimensions.
Since in some sources, like presumably this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
