It's not bad at all for the start.What technique did you use?
It will be in next update as an improvement.At first please pay more attention on hair details,since all of the are cut off.
Also maybe this source would be even better than that one.

There aren't a lot of hair details visible, but that could well depend on the type and quality of the cut. Could also do with brightening, but otherwise perfectly fine
