Not a bad cut @23GERE10, but try and crop your cuts much closer to the top of the head and to the bottom of the chin and/or facial hair. 250x250 is not an enormous canvas so ‘wasting’ 10-15 pixels in height of it on empty space or bits of the neck is to be avoided; it is recommended that you leave no more than 2-3 pixels of empty space above the top of the head and beneath the chin and/or facial hair 👍
As it stands, it's not an improvement, but if you re-cut it with the above in mind, I think it could well be. Same goes for the Batshuayi and Rosier cuts. To be honest, a cut for Rosier was produced only a few weeks ago, so it's not really necessary imo, though a re-cut Batshuayi would definitely be an improvement.
Look at the current megapack cut for a guide as to the kind of distances to be aimed for 👍
