Yes, there is a need to tell you what to do because you simply won't listen to the feedback you're given time and time again. Not only that but you are constantly arrogant in your replies and attitude.

You have been politely given feedback multiple times, which you've ignored several times already, and sometimes been rude in your replies to it. If we take the time to give feedback, it's nice if people at least try to follow it. If they don't even try to, and act up when pulled up on it, then there's little point in them being a part of the community.

Even the fact we're having this conversation (and it's far from the first time) would indicate you're not exactly being a team player. Frankly, I don't have the time or the inclination for all this, but the cuts you're doing are generally not of the required level. If you want to waste your time providing sub-standard cuts which won't be added to the megapack, and being rude about it, then knock yourself out 👍

Just imagine a Staff member writes this: “If you want to waste your time providing sub-standard cuts which won't be added to the megapack, and being rude about it, then knock yourself out”

I'm not even playing the game and was just helping with cuts, you can ban or whatever it won't hurt anyways

Then you haven't cut it correctly because the cut produced is a bit blurry when compared to the source. You cannot ‘clearly’ see he is looking at the camera, no. The current megapack cut is clearly looking at the camera, this one isn't.

And I'm not sure why you're saying I'm right but disagreeing with me anyway 😕 I don't know everything, but telling me I'm right while disagreeing with me at the same time doesn't seem to make much sense.

The bottom line is that the current cut is good enough, and this one isn't an improvement so I won't be adding it.

@iwna The cut is tilted and not looking at the screen. It's also slightly blurry, which indicates that it was upscaled from a smaller source. The current cut is recent, of very good quality, quite similar and looking at the camera, so the one posted just now isn't really an improvement to it. Please make sure to post only images which are better, not just newer 👍

Here is the original source and you can see it's almost 2x comparing to the previous one, so don't blame me on this;
Looking at his right eye you can clearly see he is indeed looking at the camera, the sun just gets in the way;
I agree with you, eventually the pic seems worse than previous, but please don't think you know more.

Firstly, “Completed” doesn't mean it will automatically be added, it just means it will be considered. @mons looks through each submission and compares them with the current images after they're marked as Completed.

Secondly, if you think there's something wrong with this cutout, you're welcome to leave constructive feedback on how to improve it, or for how the cutter can improve their technique. It could definitely benefit from being rotated slightly counter-clockwise, for example. (fyi @D_i_M_o_N - see the video below for how to do this)

No I'm just telling you that my cut is fresh enough and there's no need to make another cut, my pic was taken ~2weeks ago

Hair cut and hair colour is also different, but that doesn't make it automatically an improvement. Ideally, a more recent image is added to the megapack to reflect the change in what he looks like, but it'd need to be much better than what has been posted for it to be considered an improvement.

The source from which the cut was produced doesn't seem to have been of the highest quality since the ensuing cut is quite blurry.

Moreover, cuts should be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since doing so would decrease the quality of the cut even further, it's even more clear the cut-out isn't an improvement.

Yeah but look more close into the picture, he has a tatoo and when on the previous rejected pic there's no tatoo so it is not the same pics, but yeah the quality seems still not good enough.

Metal Kharkiv was officially renamed to Metalist. (source1 / source2 (trans. “There will be two Metalists in Kharkiv: UAF allowed Metal to rename the club to Metalist”)

Maybe we'll have like 2 teams? The first one 130868 Metalist Kharkiv (1925-2016) and the current one 2000016671 Metalist (2019-nowadays). There's also a third club named as Metalist 1925 (recently promoted to the Ukrainian Premier League) but they aren't claiming the rights of the old Metalist, so they're positioning themselves as the whole different club with different ambitions.

And some of the changes looking at the Metal Kharkiv page:

Andriy Berezovchuk is no more in the team, he is now coaching Ukrainian's Druha Liha 71045213 Vovchansk (source)
Their main stadium is now Metalist Stadium, the capacity is 40,003. (source1), (source2)

These are much too small to provide improvements. Improvements mean images which are of better quality than the one in the megapack at present, not just ones which are newer.

I mean… the quality is way better than the previous one, also there's some facial changes tho xd
