@therealAR, I know this is his correct UID but, unless you know something we don't and Japanese-based people will be visible in FM21, there's little point requesting them as they simply won't be seen, unfortunately. When there are so many other people missing from the game, it seems a poor use of time to cut people who cannot be shown instead of focusing on sources which may appear in people's saves

@therealAR you need to rotate image to have both eyes in the same line,also it should have less neck,as much closer to the chin as you can make it.

@therealAR, I think the second one is the best. Just over 4 months old, good quality and should be reasonably easy to cut

@therealAR, Neville's spell at Valencia was a while ago now. You've been requesting prominent former players for a while and in almost all cases you're selecting older sources rather than more recent ones. Please try and request recent and good quality sources wherever possible avoiding older ones whenever possible.

@therealAR Have a look att THIS post on how to get higher resolution from Gettyimages. As most of these are from there, that would produce better cuts.
