@sukaoleg123 Did you use an AI image upscaler? The details in the cutout look excessively smoothed.

The original image from Sheffield Wednesday's website is large enough not to need to be upscaled. But seeing as it's close to the start of the new season, it might be worth waiting a few weeks until the new team photos are released.

Yes, I used upscale, because after inserting the original image into the game it looked excessively pixelated, I decided to try upscale, I liked the result and decided to share it

@sukaoleg123 This is a picture from july 2017, so he was 12/13 here

I have another photo from 2020, but its quality is terrible, so I think in this case Ehawa remains without a cut-out until a good photo is taken

Remember @sukaoleg123, every cut is to contain a collar. Follow the guide given in the video I posted to you earlier.

in this case, it was difficult to do because he has a long neck, and if I cut off the collar, the face will be very small

@sukaoleg123, if you have multiple images to upload, please do so as a pack and not individually. Images in the pack are to have their filenames saved as the person's UID. If they're saved on your PC as the person's UID, the forum will then associate the images to the right person automatically when uploaded, and it'll save you the time of uploading every single one of them individually.

Here's a video of how easy the process is:

Okay I'll do it when I upload again

I've never heard of spark.adobe before but I recommend using remove.bg for your cuts instead. It's a fantastic free online tool which does the heavy lifting for you by removing the background in the source image, leaving you to only rotate, crop and/or nudge the collar upwards. It's tremendously easy to use and provides fantastic quality. With it, you can go from source to cut in a couple of minutes for the vast majority of images.

Here's a tutorial videos on how to use it when combined with Photoshop, but it's really rather easy 👍

Thank you,now it's look better

@sukaoleg123, can I ask what cutting method you're using? This image has a fair bit of snow, which wouldn't usually be present if you use remove.bg.

I'm using spark.adobe + photoshop edit, but this photo source isn't good quality and i'm just trying to do my best, sorry if it's bad(my eng too)
