This has been a constant problem for me too and I have found Sega and SI to be very unresponsive. I suspect its a memory issue and clearing the cache from Steam helped get past a point once but it just happens again and nothing seems to help.

Thanks for these excellent kits. I've been reading the fix and I'm not sure if I have done something wrong but I periodically have games where no shirt number show up in the match engine for both teams. have I missed something?
