Untick the use skin cache button in the preferences, and see if that works.

I've tried a few places (see attachment). There is nothing in the C:/ where it seems the sigames stuff would be, had I installed to C. On the D drive there is nothing but steam, uplay etc. I have found a couple of places on C:/ with fm folders, so have put graphics there.

Maybe your documents folder is on your D: drive

Nope. Not having much luck here. There is a Documents folder on C but it doesn't have any football manager stuff in it. On D there's just steam and the folders in that. All a bit confusing.

Due to a change on Mac OSX with Catalina regarding permissions, Sports Interactive made a substantial change to how Mac FM documents are stored. Previously the files would automatically be generated in the Documents folder here:
Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Documents/Sports Interactive

Now the files will instead appear in the following location:
Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive

By default this folder is hidden, so to access you need to do as follows:

Open Finder
Click ‘Go’ from the menubar
Press and hold down the ‘option’ (Alt) key
This will bring up the ‘Library’, click to enter and then go to Application Support > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2021.


I'm on Windows 10, sorry, should have said.

I think it is the OneDrive location that is wrong. Don't you just have a documents folder on your C: drive?


Doesn't look like it. I go to the only documents folder there, but the path for it is onedrive. I'll dig around and see if I can find it.

No need to clear cache. Just do the two other steps and hit confirm.


Maybe I have it in the wrong place? I install via Steam to D: drive and have put it here:

C:\Users\craig\OneDrive\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\graphics

The "graphics" folder there is the one that unzipped from the rar. Should it actually be:

C:\Users\craig\OneDrive\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\Graphics\

With all the rar content in there, starting with "graphics" (so "graphics" lower-case would be the first child of Graphics in the directory above?

I'm having problems installing them in FM21 beta too. (First time ever trying to load any sort of custom graphics). I have them downloaded, unzipped and moved to the right folder (I think) but can't see any clear cache option in FM21. Am I going blind? I see the other options it mentions.
