Each issue will have a solution, so each case should be taken on its own merit. Feedback I gave previously will have been related to their situation. If you go to your doctor with a cough, you don't get your leg amputated if that was the verdict delivered to the previous patient, do you? 😉

 

The reason I ask for screenshots is that I can eliminate possibilities of what can be causing the megapack not to be working correctly.

 

Do you have a file titled config.xml in your faces folder?

 

Mate you know what i just delete the file call “config.xml” in my previous screenshot you'll see in sport interactive folder that I've been sent you

 

And after that, i try to reload the skin

And it works !!!!

Do pay attention to what I'm telling you, though 😉

 

I never mentioned needing to move the faces or delete the iconfaces - both seemed to be installed in the right place.

 

Also, I've asked you to see if you've changed your in-game preferences to look like this:

and to tell me which player(s) you think should have a cut-out but don't.

 

You've provided me with neither 😕 I can't help you if I don't know these…

 

Sorry mate, i just read your reply up there about the iconfaces

And my interface look exactly the same as yours

 

All the real player faces gone, 

Well i want every player have a cut faces, especially well known player in europe and south america

That's fine - though we have released 7 update packs to add and improve many cuts till the release of 13.0, which is what you have.

 

Have you changed the preferences as per the screenshot in the main post? Can I have a screenshot of that too?

 

Also, which pictures are blank that you think should have a cut-out? Don't just say all, give me a couple of examples 👍

There you go, I've already move the faces folder to graphics , and delete the iconfaces,

Can I have a screenshot of the faces folder, showing clearly (a) the amount of images in the folder and (b) the path?

There you go, is that too much pic in one folder?

Do you have a config file in there? A config file is what tells the game to display the faces in the correct place. If it's not there, the faces can't display. 

 

Hello i do have the same issues, and there is a fole call config.xml but it still wont work the picture still blank what should i do
