probably hard coded 

however there is a great fix now in FMRTE where you can change fixture venues around in a live save you can even edit the draw, it is a massive break through in IGE 

I dont use the normal European set up I use my own system so dont have UCL etc to test drop me a PM

Hi great project this and something I used to do many years ago, a jugoslavian national team was a powerful one and would be again for sure

any issues with names/regens have a chat with wolf_pd over at si forums he has done several projects like this and he had resolved issues with his iron curtain file/s

Hi this is something I have been doing for many years with mixed results, trying to get the best wonderkids/players to stay in their home nation ends up with teams in portugal/holland/balkan countries becoming stronger  👍

of interest what rule/s are you editing to get players to stay in yugoslavia until they are 27, are you just using the general transfer rules, something like this

I cover this issue in the FAQs 

this has been a known issue going back several versions, you edit WC and Afcon plays up, and to address I  created a new set of rules for  AFCON[fixed format]

but its part of a major file where the nations league is removed, changes to WC/EUROS +their qualifiers and international friendlies are reduced

I am too busy now but took a brief look and file doesnt load for me,its in my editor data folder

it should be here but doesnt appear in the editor, best bet ask over on SI bug forums

my regen file is an .edt file which previously wasnt possible to be added in FM22, now  I have it working again

its the same concept to edit both these files with notepad ++,so as previously stated …… give it a go yourself, I am trying to assist you

and that is not possible the sub rules are confined to the drop down options in the editor

yep its as I said, there is no such rule  and the game shows the actual sub rules for the comp

so either there is something hardcoded or its a bug 

of interest try looking at player rules in a team/club playing in that league - this will show rules set in fixture index rules I doubt it will show anything like the sub rules but there could be something bizarre there too

try and take the full page of the rules if not take it in 2 pics like this

so I can see the rules for the league
