It's normal btw, it has been written down badly in the “guide”, we need to pay to get fitness % or to get more windows with more stats on 1 page (he calls it 1080P for some reason instead of 1440P)

 I don't see Fitness %, the only reason why I downloaded this, it still just show the heart icon under fitness(player page and condition(Squad/Tactics menu). I also don't have the same looks of pages, so maybe I have the settings.xml (priisek settings.xml) wrong or something, I don't know, i'm bad at installing skins and stuff. Like you see my player page isn't as detailed as your player pages. Also, the download only had Priisek Dark Base and the PRO folder needs password (probably payable), has that something to do with fitness % and more details in player pages?

For SEGA developed games yes, not for SEGA published games, you need to check Sports Interactive for that.

Only problems with those sites, developers already warned they don't work with them and your key might get revoked whenever on Steam, so don't cry afterwards, I made the same mistakes in the past (g2a, shopto, kinguin, cdkeys). They only work with actual retails/platform like Steam, and the only websites they work with are fanatical and 2games, they have legit keys, not stolen ones using stolen ccards etc. I got mine for 40EUR On fanatical.
