Boy was this a pain in the ass to make, going to get uploaded tomorrow along with the away kit:

Hello guys, I seem to have a problem with the 3d kits when loaded into the game. I made the kits for my cesena save and away kit has black shirt with white shorts and black socks, however when the away kit is loaded it loads the shorts as black although the texture is white. Is there any pre-set color when it comes to some default kits or am I missing something here? Thanks in advance

Sure, although I'm not finding proper photos for the 23/24 season kits. Is this the correct one and what about the away kit?

The default path should look like this:
C:\Users\Pc\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\graphics\3d kits\(team-name)
C:\Users\Pc\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\graphics\2d kits\(team-name)

Inside the team name should be the files for the respective 2d/3d folders

If you have installed other kits check if other the cesena config.xml file conflicts with the already existing one, or try to move the contents into that one. Also don’t forget to clear the cache as sometimes it doesn’t load the kits just by reloading the skin.

Haven't actually checked in game if the clubs of Serie A are licensed, but here is Inter's home kit W.I.P should be finished today
