Cheers, I hadn't unticked the 'use caching' box. All good.

I have the latest version of the faces megapack (5.0) and am trying to install it into my game directory under 'Documents > Sports interative > Football Manager 2013'.

In FM 2012, I had created a new folder inside the 'Football Manager 2012' folder titled 'graphics' and in this I had placed new folders leading to the face pack. My directory looked like this:

Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2012 > graphics > players > Cutouts

Inside the 'Cutouts' folder were all the image files from the megapack and these were loaded fine into the game.

Now however, when I created the same file destination in the 'Football Manage 2013' directory, the faces are no longer loaded into the game. I had remembered from the previous version about going to preferences and checking the 'reload skins upon confirm' box under the 'interface' tab, but this didn't load the faces into the game either.

Have I placed the files in the wrong destination? If so, where should they be?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
