But to be honest, I didn't care much about that error, so after I checked the editor few times, I found nothing wrong, so I let that go. 

As long as it is playable, I have no ideea how to fix it. 

Checked. There is Penalties if draws in playoffs.

Also, added Liechtenstein Cup winner.

No worry about thar. I was thinking about group stage. In playoffs it should be only penalties if the game is nill.

Solution at the moment:

If you want to make a new champions league, just dont add qualified teams in competitions parent page. ADD teams you want to be in the champions league, in competition STAGE, and it will work great.

I am trying to create a new UCL system, that includes only first league champions and main cup champions.

My main goal here is to add 54 main league champions and 54 main cup champions (or runner up).

Playoff 1 - 54 cup champions + 2 lowest seeded teams, 28 games.

Playoff 2 - 28 teams from stage 1 + 20 lowest seeded teams, 24 games

Playoff 3 - 24 teams from stage 2 + 24 teams lowest seeded teams, 24 games.

Groups - 24 teams from stage 3 + 8 remaining teams, 32 in total, divided in 4 groups.

However, in the stage 2, i get the error, i cant find enough teams. In the pool there are 20. but the editor can find only 20.

Need assistance and some help please.

There should be 18.

Yes, I understand. That is something new. I didn't know you have to select it. I did start the new save with all databases selcted. 🤔🤔

I am not sure. I did not had this issue before. You can start a new save but I am not sure why you get this error. 😢 Do you have a screenshot of the tea schedule? 

#1. It did work to me properly. Everything works great. I don't know why you get the cup issue. 

#2. Clubul Sportiv al Armatei Steaua București is an extinct club (in the game), because in real life it is a club owner by government. Club Sportiv Steaua București (in the game) it is a private club and it's history is from 2003.

If I am not mistaken, yes, I did, up to 5 fgn players of any kind, in the first 11 playing match, for L1, and it goes lower for lower leagues, and a minimum 1 player U21, for L1 and goes higher in lower leagues. Minimum of 2 for L2 and L3, and minimum 3 for L4. However, it is not very challenging competition. AI does not do a good job on improving they're teams facilities with the money they get for example, only buying power goes higher for some teams.

Known bug. Already with a solution (I am not the one who found the solution, but it does work)

you will need to use the resource archiver ( get it from steam if you bought the game there ) extract the graphics.fmf file to your desktop. Once its extracted go to the folder and look for kits. Delete the __restricted__ folder. Go back to resource archiver and create a new graphics.fmf , save it somewhere else and replace the default one with the newly created. Cheers

Open Resource Archiver - browse to your game files, data, and download Sigraphicspc in your pc - open the folder and search for graphics/pictures/kits and delete the file _restricted_, open your Resource Archiver - and archive your Sigraphicspc folder (from your pc) in your game data folder.

When you edit a stadium, first you add 0 to every stand, after deselect “in use” stands you dont want to use, and last, you add number of the capacity to the stands you use.

Also, the editor have some bugs, so don't edit to many stadiums at once. After editing 5-6 stadiums, save, and reload the edited DB. Check if there are errors, and fix them before continuing.

For me it works with out any graphics folder. 🤷🏻‍♂️kits are inside fm23 main folder 😅

If your kits are in myDocuments/SI Games/FM23 folder everything is ok.

Inside game, you go to preferences, search for Use caching to decrease page loading times, and untick the front box,  make sure the front box for Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences is ticked, and next, click confirm.

After the page reloaded, tick the box in front of the Use caching to decrease page loading times, and confirm again. After that load your saved game.

There is no option to add anything other than the roof, sits, sides and what you see in the first screenshot 🫤 anything else is added by the game.

You can try to change the team stadium environment from basic to standard, or high end, and you will see minor differences.

Unfortunately i am not aware of other ways. 🙏🏻 If there is a method, and someone knows, i hope they can share with us.

95% of the other stadiums from Romania, that are not part of the League 1-3. Lower league stadiums.

There are made in editor, but because of the limitations, i can only replicate something very similar. Unfortunately, many of the real teams have different environment, and more rounded corners, ovals, no tier 2, only half side covered.

However, this pack, does improve a little the experience in Romania. No roofs, stadiums with partial sits, partials sides.
