Are you still having problems now? We haven't had any reports of any issues since that first weekend (which would have been very busy).

It's dependent on your own connection just as much as the sites (which have been having high load at the time).

If you can post the the exact url with key (e.g. fileserverX.sortitoutsi.net?key=XXX) as well as info on your broadband (e.g. http://testmy.net/) I can look into it more.

Our downloads server crashed, i've re-routed everyone through another server at the moment so you should be able to download but the speeds will be slower while I try and fix the main server.
