No only the league that you wish to play. So for example if you were using a lower level league in the game that is playable, you would just need to ensure that league rules are met (like number of teams).  What you do with the teams you take out doesn't matter, as if they are from a league that isn't playable in the game (without a mod) it doesn't matter.

It will be totally fine.  As long as the league rules are the same (i.e: number of teams in the league). 
 

I have done this before on a fantasy game.  Moving a side from Malta (Valletta) to the Vanarama Conference (England).  I then just moved a team out the other way. 
 

Something to bear in mind, is that dependant on what country you are doing this, you may have to tweak the nation rules.  So as U.K. is out of Brexit, I set it that Maltese players are treated the same as U.K. players.  Similarly you may want to set the nation they are based in as the country you want them to play in, otherwise your club will be stung for travel costs every time there is an away game.

Relatively easy to do via the pre-game editor.  Just ensure that you save it with a different save file name, so if you want to revert back to the original database you wouldn’t have messed things up.

Hi there can I ask what the difference is between the basic mode and advanced mode? I like to play as New Mexico Utd and quite like the idea of promotion and relegation which I know is fantasy mode.  Thank you

Yes that is right. Two fictious players who were ‘must haves.’ 

I still remember Mark Collis and Ferah Orosco as the stand-out star lower level players.  I think they were at Cambridge.

Good luck - it really depends whether you have an existing game or want to start a new save. I like using FMRTE as you can alter the stadium a lot more - seats / terraces / size etc …. but it does cost £5 to buy.

I do that using FMRTE (which is an real time editor), so just means that you have to do that in a saved game. 

It may also be something you can change before you start a save in the FM23 editor. Load it up, select club from the options. 

Type in your club, then go to their stadium tab. Should be an option to change the seat colour in there.  Then saved it (I just call my edits ‘Stuart’s changes.' 

Any new start going forward will then have the change you want.

How does it differentiate between a youth player who is white and another who is black? Is there this capability yet with this system?

Ah, you may be tight.  I think they operate a similar system to the rugby championship where you get into a cup draw if you finish in the top spaces.  Hate this format, as you could be top by a country mile and it counts for nothing.  The one difference is of course they do have an Eastern and Western two-league divide.

Can I be cheeky and also possibly get one solely for the MLS League? You kindly created an MLS cup one, so maybe won't take a lot of tinkering.

Hi mate, could you consider allowing staff pics to be viewable when selecting all staff tab? I like to have as many pics as possible for players and the like. I know if you hover over them, they then can be displayed. 

Something similar to the attached image (borrowed from another skin).

Also anyway of adding the match ball to the changing room front home screen? I have seen it with some other skins and it is nice to see as I have specific ball relevant to the league I am in.

I've re-added the v.1 file and copied the relevant matching colour scheme files across and got it working. Problem solved.
