OK, but that bit is talking about Yann Daniélou, who is one of two assistant managers. Benjamin Guy wasn't the other assistant manager and never has been. He was a fitness coach. -We will not approve rumours and you may be banned for submitting them.
-The contract must be completed
-The medical must be completed
-The clubs must confirm the transfer not just a news source
-You must submit a legitimate proof and the page must be accessible by everyone at any time.
-A page that constantly updates such as the Sky Sports news ticker is not an appropriate proof because it will have changed by the time moderators access it.

@LBOW6 Nothing official from the clubs yet. If any club reports the transfer, a change will be accepted. He is having a medical on sunday according to The Guardian. We'll just have to wait for an official announcement until anything happens.
