How can I create a file, or where can I download it, with the contract length reduced by one year? the one present in the data update also adds a year of age to the players but I don't want it.

Hi, this is the first time I create a discussion so I apologize if I'm doing something wrong.  After the mess that broke out with the announcement of the Super League and the subsequent cancellation, I was left with the desire to play a career with this competition.  Does anyone have a file with the competition and the 20 participating teams that still continue to play in their national leagues?
