Hi. I have done all the instructions up to step 7. I have got an RTF and downloaded the photos and moved them into the correct place. I follow the instructions for step 7 but when i click replace faces nothing happens and I have no idea why…anyone seen this before?

As Ninja 777 states above it is the capital P that is causing the issue.
I tested this today for you. I changed two of my players to a capital P in my config file and reloaded the skin…..the faces were replaced with SI faces.

So you just need to replace the capital P with a small case p and I think this will be your issue sorted.

Was hoping this would be it. Re did the Config-File and have attached it again with the above error corrected. Reloaded the skin and still cannot see the AI Regens. In the CONFIG I can see the ID number it relates to in game and the AI Picture it is picking up. Just baffled as to why it is not showing in Game. Have again attached the CONFIG if anyone can see an obvious error.

I am far from an expert witb this, but that is a very small config file. Very short list of players there.
Check one of the r- numbers on that config file and they may have a face allocated.
If this is the case you have not selected all of the players when in the print screen phase. My search had over 40K newgens.
Hope this helps

My whole Config File has about 28,000 so don't think it is that

Read through this thread, and you will see that you will need to add r- in front of every ID in your config-file for it to work. The config file you have is wrong. 🙂

Have added “Person/r-” in the CONFIG and still cannot see AI Faces in game. Have attached the CONFIG file is there something else I am missing?

Hi Have followed all the steps and cannot see any of the regen faces and cannot see an obvious mistake I have made.

I have done Step 6 and generated an RTF and I waited after pressing ctrl+A and made sure every regen in the list had been highlighted before I printed the screen. And in step 7 after I have used the NewGan face tool, got the success response and have a config file in my newgen faces pack which has all the relevant data in it. But when I do step 8 and reset I cannot see the faces.

Have attached some photos to help but anyone with any advice on what I am missing would be much appreciated

No unfortunately. I need to quality check the kits in Serie C before I can release the pack. Serie B is being made now, and I don't know the progress unfortunately. But its on its way 👌

Hi. Downloaded the beta and seen earlier you said to open the game and a graphics folder should appear for FM 2021 in the library-application support-FM21 folder. But after i opened the game it doesn't show any graphics folder. I made my own and populated it with my face, kit and logo pack but after reloading skin in game it doesn't show any of those packs. Any ideas as to where i am going wrong or how to troubleshoot.

Downloaded 2D and 3D Kits for Premier league and championship and so on. The 2D Kits show perfectly in the menu and the game in general, but the 3D Kits when i go into matches are still using the colours and kits from last season. For example Huddersfield away kit is Red in the menu but in game during matches its still blue from last season. Not sure why the 3D Kits are not showing in game when the 2D Kit works perfectly. I have both the 2D and 3D kits in seperate folders within graphics and have cleared the cache and reloaded skin in my save. Any ideas?

Did you use Winrar to extract the pack? When you extracted the pack, did you also change the preferences like this?

Are you sure you downloaded the full 13.0 megapack and not the 13.0 update pack? How many images are in the folder you downloaded?

It was definitely the megapack. Had 279,551 files and was 17.32GB. Just deleted and downloaded it again with a different unzip file software and still missing loads of players again. Not a clue why.

Downloaded the Face Large Megapack and am missing key players. Lots of players across the EFL are missing and lots of players across europes biggest leagues like Lautaro Martinez don't have a face. Not sure why. Not sure why this is the case.
