@tiboo

There's still a lot of snow on the top of your hair, almost all over your pack

@mons

Pretty sure in most of them it’s natural hair reflection, but i’ll tweak the whole pack then

Hey @tiboo
I saw some of your cropped images, they look blurry.

I know the source should be sharper.
Did you edit them using Photopea

The final result will be blurry, not close to the Photoshop result.

Try checking your results. Use the Photopea sharpener tool

to reduce the blurriness in Photopea.

They do look fine in my game, but i'll tweak them more thanks

@tiboo Brightening darker images like this one always looks better in-game. The easiest way is to go to this tab in Photoshop:

and tweak the brightness slider.

There is also a Photoshop action file, available for download here, which contains a lot of common actions, including one for brightening, for ease of use 😉

I forgot it on this one sorry! Is that action file available to use on photopea? @mons

I'll fix what I can from them, no worries. Just keep it in mind for future cuts 👍

Gotcha! I try it to some cuts and it's super easy, so no more snow, thanks for the video

@tiboo good effort, but a fair few cuts in this pack have a fair bit of snow:

Snow is the colour from the background of the cut which was not totally removed. It is often white (hence ‘snow’) but it can be other colours. It can often be easily removed by putting the cut through remove.bg.

Here's a video on how you can easily remove any remaining snow thereafter within Photoshop:

Do you want me to redo the whole pack with snow correction?

Good work @tiboo, but do take care to avoid cropping beneath the top of the hair - looks much better that way 😉

Thanks, still improving my cutting skills, it's a little hard to judge and choose on players that have a lot of top hair, but i'll keep that in mind

I'm sure a better cut can be done and is needed, but this one has too much shadow on half the face.

 Yes I know, even from official photoshoot from his short time at Southampton, it's hard to find a decent picture

@tiboo, a couple of things to keep in mind:

a) please remember to use the upload multiple function when you have multiple images. Saves the both of us some time.

b) please remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

I'll fix this one myself, but please keep it in mind for any future cuts you may do 👍

Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:

As they were my first cutouts, i'll do my best next! Thanks for the feedback

@tiboo Cut size should be 250x250. If a player already has a 250 cut, it doesn't make sense submit a smaller cut

If needed I can upload the original source that is way wider? I have this for I believe 3 cuts in this pack

@tiboo , for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.

You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 5 when done individually.

Sure, I'll do that next time! Thanks for the feedback.
