Dear SortItOutSi Support,
I am writing to request a refund due to ongoing issues with the files I have downloaded, along with concerns about the premium membership.
A few weeks ago, I reported that the LogoPack I was trying to use where working. I have continued trying to resolve the issues on my end but the problems remain, the files do not function correctly in-game. For example team logos may appear, but league table logos remain unchanged, and when starting a save or viewing detailed club information, many logos do not update. This inconsistency makes the packs unusable for me.
In addition to this, I have also been experiencing issues with the face packs (regen) When attempting to extract them, the extraction process stops after only 2–3 folders and then returns an error, preventing me from installing or using the content at all.
I also raised concerns a few weeks ago regarding the premium membership feeling misleading. After attempting to make use of it, I feel the membership is not beneficial to me and does not match what I expected from the service.
Because of the non-functional LogoPacks, the facepack extraction errors, and the misleading nature of the premium membership, I kindly request a refund for the recent charges.

I've gone back to FM24 and I'm having problems with the logo pack, I presume I've installed them correctly as it half works, so when I start a new save on the left column only shows certain real logo (league table as well) and the rest are fake but on the right panel where it tells you more info about the club the logo is perfectly fine, how do I fix this?
Ive tried clear cache, unticking using cache to… and reloading skins still nothing. Appreciate the help

Ok bit misleading, if I pay again will I have it forever and will it keep being updated even if FM26 is out?

Due to the mess off FM26 I've gone back to 24 and bought premium but it's not letting me download the dynamic player upgrades and is asking me to pay again. I bought it around two hours ago. Am I being inpatient or is it really true I have to re buy the dynamic download?

Boys, I wouldn't say I'm terrible at the game or say I don't know what I'm doing but I'm currently managing Farsley as they're local ish to me and have just been promoted to the championship in 5/6 years I think. What I struggle with is finding players to make the step up, I don't know if this is controversial and needs a VAR check but I'll have multiple save files as I progress through the transfer window and then go back to the first save file and shortlist all the players I've found that I like the look at because my scouting is trash although the scouts aren't bad I'm probs not utilising them the best (I tick assign any scout). Someone help me out on how to make my life easier because this process is so annoying and very frustrating. Nice one.
