You mention the Jan planned update which is fine that will compliment some of the stuff in this version Will the December update be okay on its own or will it be out of balance after some time?

What's the current thinking behind not showing progress arrows(or something equivalent) in skills (attribute groups)?normally coach's could see X player has improved in their ball control.
