HiYou have to go to your graphics folder of the game and remove the folder 2D kits ZOOMED since the skin works with a different ZOOMED folder and the game are reading your graphics folder first, instead of that one of the skin.

After extracted the pack, open the folder and you will see a folder named fm23flutskin_dark. Is that folder (with those other folders inside) that you should place directly in the skins folder of the game.
