I dunno how it came 3 times and there's no delete option. So my apologies.

There's 2 main tournaments, 1 Super Cup (Winner of the 2 main tournaments and also 2 regional tournaments. I've kept the Central American Cup and Caribbean Cup, these competitions have no influence on the main tournaments.

THIS FILE IS NOT 100% CORRECT.I've kinda given up on it because the dates (start of the tournaments, period of playing) are complicated. I also wonder if some of ya'll are interested in playing.

In name 3 out of 4 exists irl but with different format

It's because CONCACAF has 41 members but not all of them gets to play.  For example The Cayman Islands has been a member since 1992 and yet no club has ever participate in CONCACAF Club tournaments.

The “Test Rules” is what verifies your file. Tell me if you come across any problems on the db.

23.3, It shouldn't cause any problems with working. You could also load the file in your pre-game editor and verify it.
